MIGHTY MINDFUL KIDS
Greetings
Welcome to Mighty Mindful Kids!
My name is Jamie Nicholas and I live in sunny Colorado Springs, Colorado. I'm a certified Meditation & Mindfulness Coach from the School of Positive Transformation and certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. I'm a mother of 2 beautiful children and was a school teacher for 6 years. As a mother and a teacher I was constantly searching for ways to empower my children, to help them feel MIGHTY. In 2020 I decided to create MIGHTY MINDFUL KIDS in order to better serve my students AND my children. When I decided to leave teaching I knew my work as an educator had only just begun. My passion is to educate children about mindfulness, emotions, self-care, inner-belief, and so much more!
"Children yearn for knowledge, let's equip them with not just book smarts but resources to help them live happier, healthier lives"
Here to support YOU!
Classes and workshops are crafted specifically for children because it's important to recognize for children...learning must be FUN. Classes and Workshops are interactive, engaging, and educational. Kids will enjoy movement and dance, read-a louds, safe discussion, and play. Each class and workshop ends with an activity/craft for each child to take home. Children AND their parents will leave with real-life resources they can implement right away!
You've heard the quote "It takes a village." The truth within this statement is undeniable. As parents we raise our children the best we can with the tools and knowledge that we have. I'm here to help! I'm here to not only educate children but their parents as well. I create a loving supportive relationship where everyone grows and they grow TOGETHER. Sessions can entail talk therapy, play, role playing, and hand on activities. Each child is unique and I'm here to celebrate that!
