Community Meditation in the Park

Join me every Friday morning from 8:30am to 9:30am for a rejuvenating session of mindfulness and relaxation amidst the serene beauty of the park. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or new to the practice, all are welcome to join this inclusive and nurturing community.

Class Format: I begin with gentle stretching exercises to release tension and prepare the body for meditation. Through focused breathwork, we connect with the present moment, allowing ourselves to let go of stress and cultivate inner peace.

Guided Meditation: Experience the tranquility of a guided meditation led by Jamie Nicholas, owner of Mighty Mindful Beings, where soothing imagery and mindful awareness guide you into a state of deep relaxation. Each session offers a unique journey to explore and deepen your connection with yourself and the world around you.

What to Bring: To enhance your comfort during meditation, I recommend bringing a blanket and/or pillow to sit on. Feel free to personalize your space and create a cozy sanctuary amidst nature's embrace.

Tools for Transformation: Throughout the session, I utilize chimes, mantras, and affirmations to deepen your meditation experience and foster a sense of inner harmony and well-being.

Come As You Are: This class is open to individuals of all levels of experience. Whether you're seeking solace from the demands of daily life or simply curious to explore the transformative power of meditation, I invite you to join us and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.

Investment: This class is available for $15 per class pass. Your investment supports my mission at Mighty Mindful Beings to make mindfulness and meditation accessible to all.

Note: Weather Permitting- if it is actively raining or snowing class will be cancelled and refunds given.
